World War One - Walk of Remembrance

A walk through Whitehall - the heart of British Government where the Great War was born as a global conflict and the subsequent human cost is most poignantly remember.  This walk evokes the impact of WW1 on London, the events that marked its end as we approach the commemorations of the Armistic, and the monuments, institutions and gardens which preserve its memory.
